Magnificently placed for the views is a derelict summer-house of the Stanley family. There is an under floor cavity, perhaps to keep the wine cool, when the aristocrats enjoyed an al fresco meal here in this most northerly building in Wales - it is even a few yards further north than the lighthouse on The Skerries! Part of this headland is now under the care of the National Trust.
